Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Bulgaria) We ship within Bulgaria via Speedy and Econt. You can choose delivery to your address, an office, or a locker at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to a wide range of countries in the EU. International orders are shipped via our international carrier and typically arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
